When reporting to a client, as a matter of course, we provide information as to the subject’s reaction on being served and a description of their property. We are familiar with CPR procedures and have considerable experience of serving all types of process.

We are increasingly receiving instructions to serve Notices (breaks or similar) sometimes very late in the day, in the U.K. or overseas many of which in the Channel Islands (where we have established agents). If this is you please call us as we will do our upmost to assist.
We have extensive experience regarding trespass claims and as such are conversant with the rules regarding service. Prior to service we can attend at the relevant Court to issue the proceedings. Several of our clients have commented that this is very cost effective.
We take great care to ensure that our Witness Statements by way of evidence of service contain full details of service but do not include irrelevant information.
The feedback from our clients is that when our evidence of service have been presented in Court, Judges have commented that they are very explicit and professional.
